Maisy on the Case!

Even though Mrs Human explained to Maisy that she had to go away for 2 weeks to an orpahnage in Belarus to play music on her

ukulele and sing songs for the children ..

Even though Mrs Human explained to Maisy that the pilot would not be very happy to let a puppy come on the aeroplane ...

Maisy still thought she might be able

to sneak in the suitcase with noone noticing.

Maisy thought long and hard ...

maybe she could share Mrs Human for just 2 weeks with all the lovely children in Belarus, who would love listening to Mrs Human singing with her ukulele nearly as much as Maisy did.

She held back her tears, took a big breath and said,

'До свидания госпожа Хаман. Я буду тосковать без Вас очень.Торопитесь домой к Уэльсу!'

Which was a big surprise to Mrs Human 

because she didn't know 

that Maisy could speak Russian!

Day 49

'Humph, I'm bored,' grumbled Maisy.

'I know what I need ... '

and with that she started to hum a little tune ...

'I need a bone

A beautiful bone

I need a beautiful bone

Of my own'

'Oh well, a puppy can dream!'

And with that, Maisy did what she did best ...

She took a sly forty winks in the sunshine!

Woof! zzz zzz zzz

Day 48

Maisy found that when your batteries run out ...

And you're dog tired

The best thing to do is ...

to take another 40 winks!

zzz zzz zzz zzz zzz zzz!

Day 47

Quick, Mr Human has gone upstairs

without his boots!

Nom nom nom!

Scrumptious!

He's coming back!

Note to self: Try to look innocent!

A little song about Maisy & Me going to the Park!



'Wouldn't it be lovely,' thought Maisy,

'If Mrs Human sung a little song

about us going to the Park.'

Maisy's First Trip to the Beach

'Come on Maisy,' said Mrs Human,

'Let's go to my favourite place.'

'Wow, where are we Mrs Human?' wondered Maisy, 'And what's all this wet stuff?'

 'Quick Mrs Human, over here!

I think I've found a monster!!!'

 'Oh Maisy, that's not a monster, it's a jelly fish!'

Wibble Wobble!

I wonder what else Maisy will find?

'Oh look Mrs Human, I've found a tree!

Please can we go to the woods as well today'

'Off course we can lovely girl,

we can go wherever you like.'

Maisy looked out to sea and had a long think ...

'Thank you for bringing me to

your favourite place Mrs Human.'

And with that she kissed Mrs Human on the nose.



Day 42

Maisy & Mrs Human snuggled up on the sofa together under the quilt before going to bed.

'I missed you while you were working away from home, Mrs Human,' sighed Maisy.

'I missed you too, beautiful girl.'

Mrs Human thought she might write to Downing Street and ask for  'Puppy Leave' so that she and Maisy could stay at home together forever!

Day 41

OH WOW!!! I've got the slipper!

Shhhh ... don't tell!

Oh the slipper, the slipper, the beautiful slipper ...

The beautiful slipper is mine, all mine!

 

Er, can I have the slipper back please?

Day 40

'I wonder where Mrs Human has gone?'

thought Maisy.

'She's not up the stairs... '

'She's not in the garden ...'

'When is she coming home!'

(Not long now little Maisy-Cakes)

Maisy loved Mrs Human very much.

Mrs Human explained to Maisy that she was going to London for 3 whole days!

'So, NO BLOGGING THIS WEEK then '

thought Maisy, because although her typing skills were coming on, she couldn't reach the keyboard without sitting on Mrs Human's lap!

Although Maisy liked to

chew her rope knot in the garden ...

 ... she sometimes preferred to chew it in the lounge because ...

It meant she could hum & strum with Mrs Human

on the ukulele
